RETURN POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.
• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. 
• If your return is approved, we will issue a STORE CREDIT via E-Gift Card minus shipping cost and a $2.95 restocking fee. 

What if my return is past the 14 days?

• Returns postmarked outside of the 14 day policy are ineligible for returns, store credit and/or exchanges and will be automatically be shipped back to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse. 

 Does my store credit from my return expire?

• Yes, any store credit issued for a return has an expiration date of 1 year from issue date. 

 When will I get my Store Credit or Refund?

• Electronic Gift Cards will be issued via email 3-5 business days after we have received and then approved the return. 

WARRANTY

 

• Physical abuse of the goods or any component or acts of vandalism by any persons.
• Alterations, modifications made to our products will void the warranty.
• This warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear of a product.
• Limited Warranty is valid for 1 year from purchase date on all purchases made at full retail price + shipping costs.
