Warranty / Return Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, we will issue a STORE CREDIT via E-Gift Card minus shipping cost and a $2.95 restocking fee.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging [and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided/and other], and mail your return to:

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
What if my return is past the 14 days?
- Returns postmarked outside of the 14 day policy are ineligible for returns, store credit and/or exchanges and will be automatically be shipped back to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
Does my store credit from my return expire?
- Yes, any store credit issued for a return has an expiration date of 1 year from issue date.
When will I get my Store Credit or Refund?
- Electronic Gift Cards will be issued via email 3-5 business days after we have received and then approved the return.
- Physical abuse of the goods or any component or acts of vandalism by any persons.
- Alterations, modifications made to our products will void the warranty.
- This warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear of a product.
- Limited Warranty is valid for 1 year from purchase date on all purchases made at full retail price + shipping costs.
